Christopher brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Throughout his career, Christopher has held diverse roles, including owner/broker, management, processing, origination, quality reviews, and NMLS federal course approved trainer. 

For the past 10 years, Christopher served as the VP of Fulfillment for Navigator Lending Solutions, a division of Land Home Financial Services. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless fulfillment process. 

In addition to his VP role, Christopher owned and operated MeLenders Inc. and Mortgage Equity Lenders LLC for over a decade. His exceptional leadership led to the expansion of M.E.L. into 5 states, employing over 60 professionals and averaging 10 million in broker volume per month. By fostering a high-performance culture, implementing training programs, and leveraging new technology, Christopher propelled sales and profits while staying aligned with business objectives and sales goals. 

With a comprehensive understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines, Christopher oversaw the development of annual operating and capital budgets, contributing to strategic financial planning and business growth. 

Christopher's vast industry knowledge, combined with his proven track record of driving success, makes him an invaluable asset to the team at Mortgage Global.

Kyle is a dedicated professional with an extensive background in the mortgage industry. Since earning his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of South Florida in August 2021, Kyle has thrived in various roles, including Post Closer, Loan Officer, and Sr. Loan Officer, gaining valuable experience along the way. 

Throughout his career, Kyle has demonstrated resilience in navigating the industry's challenges while prioritizing the financing needs of his clients. As an integral part of MGSI, Kyle now oversees all day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. 

Kyle's commitment to providing a stress-free loan experience is evident in his personalized approach throughout the homebuying journey. He identifies the best mortgage programs to suit his clients’ specific needs and works tirelessly to provide ample educational resources, empowering his clients to make confident, well-informed decisions. 

Creating a seamless process for each client is the number one priority for Kyle. This dedication extends beyond loan approval and home purchase, as ongoing support is a cornerstone of his approach. Your satisfaction as a homebuyer is of the utmost importance to Kyle and the team at MGSI.

Oftentimes, purchasing a home can be a tedious task that can leave people confused, unsure, or lacking confidence. Chrissian became an MLO for this specific reason. After purchasing his first home with Kyle and Chris Leppert, Chrissian felt secure, protected, and at ease by having someone he knew personally and trusted to guide him through the process. In turn, Chrissian became an MLO to be able to provide the same level of care and diligence as the Leppert's gave him.

Originally from Tampa, Chrissian graduated from the University of West Florida with a BSBA in Finance. Chrissian currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife, Erica. He also serves on staff at his local church.

Chrissian is an avid sports fan that also enjoys gaming and playing sports in his free time. He is most passionate about coming alongside friends and young men to see them be the best versions of themselves as possible.

Tangie Page is an experienced Processing Manager with a long-standing career in the mortgage industry. Bringing with her 20+ years of experience, Tangie has proven expertise in overseeing the loan process from origination to closure, ensuring that each application is handled with precision and efficiency. Her career has seen her take on various roles such as loan officer assistant, operations manager, compliance assistant, and junior underwriter.

Beginning her career in 2000, Tangie developed her skills by assisting mortgage professionals in tasks ranging from file organization to compliance to loan processing. Her efforts quickly propelled her through the ranks, and she became a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in 2007. 

After the market crash of 2008, recognizing her inherent skills and passion for processing, Tangie decided to return to her roots and took on the title of Processing Manager once again. In 2021, she demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by opening her own mortgage processing company, a testament to her deep knowledge of the industry and her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service.

Despite her busy professional life, Tangie enjoys a serene personal life. She's a dedicated wife, mother to 3, and grandmother to 5. She lives on a hobby farm with her husband, where they care for their dogs, a cat, and chickens. 

Tangie's multifaceted experience and personal resilience make her a true asset in the ever-evolving mortgage industry. Tangie is an invaluable member of the MGSI team, we are truly lucky to have her running our processing division. 

Sarah graduated with her bachelor's degree from Saint Leo University in 2019 with a major in Marketing and Minor in Art. She jumped right into the Social Media Marketing field and has since been running Social Media platforms for multiple brands. With her five years of experience, she will be managing all MGSI marketing and social media strategies. 

Jeff Keil is a business advisor/consultant with a diverse professional background spanning Corporate America, medium-sized business, and his own successful startup, Lumity. Based in Los Angeles, CA, Jeff has played a pivotal role in our website design and development, branding, social presence, and overall strategy.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jeff is passionate about helping individuals build their dream businesses. Alongside his consulting work, he runs his own startup, Lumity, an educational media company (lumityapp.com). Lumity's mobile app revolutionizes social media by fostering a community centered around meaningful and productive content, with members sharing books, podcasts, videos, and articles on the platform. 

Laxman aka Lax is a professional mobile app and website developer with over 4+ years of experience. Based in Surat, India, Lax diligently works while we're asleep to ensure our website functions flawlessly. His passion lies in building efficient and high-quality solutions, and he takes immense pride in his work.

Proficient in multiple programming languages, Lax has successfully designed and developed numerous websites and mobile applications. Alongside his collaboration with Kyle, Lax also operates his own mobile app and website development company, Jetro Solutions (jetrosolutions.com).
